14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received-unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is also required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received-unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging-along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
